Rapta’s software, and AI models are developed entirely within the United States by U.S. persons. We maintain all source code, training data, and build infrastructure on U.S.-based systems with no foreign-national access.
Our products are classified as EAR99 under the Export Administration Regulations—meaning they are dual-use technologies suitable for both commercial and defense applications. While not subject to ITAR restrictions, we develop and deploy our solutions using ITAR-compliant data-handling practices, enabling operation within ITAR-restricted environments when required.
We can serve customers globally, with the exception of embargoed countries, providing a secure, domestically-developed AI solution with the flexibility to meet diverse regulatory requirements.
