Capturing Good Data

During the process of capturing video and images of your assembly process our AI is running in the background to check for issues that could impact performance of the system. The performance of any AI system is dependent upon the quality of the data provided and Rapta’s system includes checks on image similarity during assembly creation to help ensure you have good results.

During the process of creating your assembly Rapta checks the step image against the incorrect examples captured to ensure that the correct image does not look too similar to the incorrect image. This is important as the AI model leans from what you teach it so low quality images will lead to undesirable results.
