Digital I/O Configuration
From V4.X, our system includes digital inputs and outputs that can be used to integrate with connected tools such as torque wrenches and to interface with external systems such as PLCs and motion control.
Digital Inputs
There are available four digital inputs that can be configured as follows:
A) Torque wrench or torque screwdriver output from an error proofing device including but not limited to:
B) Trigger on input event to start a production coaching session, pause a step or end a coaching session.
Digital Outputs
There are available two digital outputs that can be used as output triggers upon successful step completion to signal to external systems such as PLCs or motion control that a pass or fail event has occurred.
